Sandra has lectured with The Open University in Health Care Leadership, and continues to lecture for the University of Winchester in Workplace Psychology and Research Methods. As well as delivering training and development, she is also continuing her research into the use of creative techniques to improve transfer of learning from the training course back to the workplace.

With more than 25 years of accredited experience in training course design, development and delivery, Anne has extensive experience of Training Operations Management and evaluation, with responsibility for large teams across a variety of industry sectors.
Anne specialises in the design and delivery of Leadership and Management programmes and 1:1 Executive Coaching as well as extensive Consultancy skills and Training Needs Analysis identification. She has expertise in tailoring to both large audiences and working with individuals on a 1:1 basis and in 2006 became qualified to master’s level as an Executive Coach.
Anne is an experienced Facilitator having worked at top level with Government agencies and the MOD. She also delivers team building, personal impact and communication skills events where her highly energetic, interactive style of delivery plays to her strengths.
