Coaching

Coaching is a widely used (and mis-used) term. At Mansfield Associates, all of our coaches are accredited and skilled professionals. As well as offering stand-alone executive and individual coaching, as part of our training delivery we recommend follow-up with coaching either on a 1:1 or Action Learning basis. We find this contextualises the learning for particpants and results in better transfer of learned skills into the workplace.
